Ayesha Takia

Ayesha Takia Azmi, an Indian actress and model. She was born on the 10th of April on the 10th of April, 1986. Her most prominent roles have been in films that are primarily Hindi-language. Ayesha received the Filmfare's Best debut Award in the year 2004 in recognition of her performance as the lead actress for the film Taarzan The Wonder Car. It was her first acting role. Later appearances in the film included Paathshaala (2009) Wanted (2010) Salaam-E-Ishq (2007, 2008) and Socha Na Tha (2010). The first time she appeared was in the commercial for Complan, the popular health drink. The actress appeared in the famous commercial, I'm a Complan boy, I'm a Complan girl with Bollywood superstar Shahid Kapoor. She also appeared in the remix for Nahin Nahin Abhi Nahin. Her fame grew due to her success in the remixes of India. Soon, she started getting requests for Bollywood movies. Takia, who was supposed to make her debut on Socha Na Tha due to delays in production, was informed of Taarzan after her first appearance. When she criticized her politician father-in-law Samajwadi Party MLA Abu Azmi's position on the punishment of rape victims as well Ayesha displayed her moral courage. While participating in an PETA India advertisement she made a public declaration stating that she was vegan. Her name was listed as the most beautiful female in India in 2006.
